1. Highly accommodating staff, spacious modern room, excellent boxed breakfast

1. Some noise issues

Everything was great, clean hotel, quiet and particularly good location in the back reception area. Location: the venue was short walk to the city center and the main square in the city center. The staff was amazingly nice, outstandingly accommodating all the time.

the room was large with our personal belongings, with essentials required.

Free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were great, but the soundproofing needs improvement.

I loved the spacious, cozy room and the warm welcome from the staff. I enjoyed relaxing in the lush garden and the comfy lounge area during my downtime. The bathroom could have used a bit more soundproofing, but it didn't ruin my stay. 🌿

Stayed for 5 nights at casa montes pardo, where the hot water was only a mere suggestion. The staff were bafflingly unhelpful, as if google translate was their only lifeline. I was almost impressed, but who would have thought a complimentary breakfast would mean nothing when there's zero organization? I was definitley planning on writing a glowing review, just couldn't, though.

Solo traveler satisfaction

The room was massive and super comfy I had the best sleep of my life . The staff were pretty good too help me with my travel plans made it all so easy.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable for all the good stuff you get.

my stay at this hotel was upgraded with its proximity to many attractions like the beautiful san blas temple just a 15-minute walk away and the charming mercado central de san pedro which is less than a 20-minute stroll, making it perfect for my weekend explorations.

I enjoyed the modern design of the facilities and the attention to cleanliness. The staff were friendly. The complimentary leaves and coca tea in the room were a wonderful touch that reflected local hospitality. I particularly appreciated how the hotel offered free water to refill my bottles. Breakfast was good, with a variety of options available.

Although the overall experience was great, the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved.

This place is fairly clean and has a peaceful location, especially in the back reception area; Free on-site parking is available, making everything perfect and providing an incredible experience there.
